• Pork Roast – Our own woods raised, NON-GMO heritage boneless pork loin slow-roasted with herbs

• Roasted Turkey – Our own pasture raised, NON-GMO turkey - Succulent white and dark meat, slow-roasted with herbs
• Mashed Potatoes & Gravy – Creamy, buttery potatoes with rich turkey gravy
• Sausage & Herb Stuffing – Classic farmhouse-style with our savory woods raised sausage, celery, onions, and fresh sage
• Cranberry Sauce – Our special from scratch sauce. Tart, bright, and made from fresh cranberries
• Local Vegetables – Seasonal Roasted Vegetable Medley (Winter squash, turnips, brussels sprouts)
• Fresh-Baked Muffin Choice – Banana Bread, Cornbread, Apple Bread, or Pumpkin Bread
• Dinner Rolls – Warm, buttery, and baked fresh daily
• Dessert Choice – Apple Crisp, Classic Pumpkin Pie, or Passionfruit Mousse
